Dempsey + Gannon were approached by a local developer to bring together a ecologically and sustainable development within a conservation area. The scheme is also located next to Network Rail land with a heritage asset retaining an embankment.

The practice has co-ordinated and sensitively developed the scheme that looks to use locally claimed timber cladding and re-claimed local stone.
